Our milk powder is produced through a High Temperature Spray Dry process. The powder, when mixed again with water, carries the original, pure-homogeneous, and full taste of fresh milk.

Butter
Our butter is made from the cream made from cow’s fresh milk. It is the best tasting food substance and ingredient Mother Nature has to offer.
Curd cheese is made of pasteurised whole milk or skimmed milk that is fermented with lactic acid bacteria years with or without adding curdling ferments. During fermenting, the mass curdles, it is stirred and heated, and buttermilk is poured off. The texture of curd depends on the fat content of milk, whole milk curd is softer, skimmed milk curd is drier and lighter. Curd contains many valuable proteins and minerals, including calcium.
Whey Powder can be used in many different manners and serves as a great source of protein. It is a by-product of the cheese industry. It can be used as a non-fat milk substitute in many recipes, such as shortening when making dough. It also serves as a great binder when making sausage.
Ghee is typically prepared by simmering butter, which is churned from cream, skimming any impurities from the surface, then pouring and retaining the clear liquid fat while discarding the solid residue that has settled to the bottom. Spices can be added for flavor. The texture, color, and taste of ghee depend on the quality of the butter, the milk used in the process, and the duration of boiling time.
